After a surprise snowstorm, Peter and Y/n make the best of the snow together.
The snowstorm wasn't detected by the weather channel so Peter and May had spent the whole morning getting snow gear out and doing the chores that come with snow. Peter shoveled and knowing his significant other, he had a pile of snowballs stacked up. After he had finished shoveling, he texted Y/n so they could have this foreseen snowball fight Peter set up for the two of them. Of course, he wasn't gonna throw with all his strength, that would probably kill Y/n with how fragile they are and he didn't want to be the reason they died.
"Snow... Still so pretty..." Y/n says, turning to face him as Peter closes the door to his house. Aunt May already told him that she'd have hot chocolate ready for the couple when they got inside again. Peter tried not to slip as he walked over to where Y/n was standing, waiting for him. The snowballs were right behind them and seeing this gave him an idea. He smirked then his foot slipped, sending him falling right on top of Y/n. Peter, who had been careful not to make Y/n land on and crush the snowballs, brushed his nose against theirs. This made them get extremely bashful and flushed, more so than the cold temperature ever could. Peter subtly moved his left hand to grab a snowball from the pile while his right held him up so he didn't crush his significant other. He got up and helped Y/n up too then slowly backed up, "Sorry, I slipped..."
"No- no, that's okay, not your fault. So, you already made snowballs? You know me so we-" Y/n didn't get to finish their sentence, a snowball to the face as they turned, snowballs in hand, cut them off. Their jaw fell slack as they looked at Peter, blinking a few times before realization and an urge to fight back hit them. "Oh, Parker, you're dead."
--after the fight--
The couple fell to the ground next to each other, giggles still wearing off. The snowball fight lasted half an hour and they were exhausted. At some point, Peter climbed to the roof to escape the wrath of Y/n but this failed when they saw him from the ground and started throwing snowballs as fast as they could.
Peter laid still, Y/n's head on his chest and his hand on their head. His fingers ran through their hair which was matted down with both sweat and the effect of their pompom-topped beanie. The hot chocolate that was inside was long forgotten by the couple but thankfully, they could always warm it up in the microwave.
