Please, don't tell my psyche about this, or I am guaranteed free membership in an asylum.
I'm sure everyone has some sort of conspiracy theory. From humanoid lizards to any number of other far-out beliefs that will have friends and family questioning one's rationality, or even sanity. Anyone who has these against-the-grain thoughts had better not make too much noise or they may find themselves involuntarily spending time in a place where they will learn to forget about such crazy notions...or else.

Many conspiracy theories are born on the internet, after all, if we read it, then there must, at the very least, be some truth to it...right? But, I think the interbreeding of ever stronger marijuana strains can, in part, be blamed for a lot of these ideas becoming reality to those who KNOW they are true...even without any solid evidence to back it up.

I have my own theories to do with UAPs and why they would visit our planet. There is no doubt now that there is something going on in the skies above almost every country on this planet. The way these things manoeuvre, unlike any craft we the public are aware of, makes them one of the greatest mysteries of modern times.

Whether they are controlled by humans or by extraterrestrials is, in my mind, the big question. And if the former is true and it is us humans controlling them, where did those in the know gain the knowledge to build such advanced technological craft in the first place? Reverse engineering of crashed alien craft is a front-runner in Conspiracy Theories Handbook 101. But I question this because it kind of ignores the elephant in the room.

Let me reiterate...an alien craft crashing to Earth suggests that there are aliens controlling these crafts...possibly dead ones once they hit Terra Firma, but still, beings from outer space. It is possible that there are no aliens inside these crafts and they are being remotely controlled, but the reality is, if that is the case, means it is possible that aliens are either here, or nearby. I think it matters little if it is us rebuilding one of their crafts and controlling it or aliens are, because I think we can safely assume that if there is one alien craft flying around our planet, with aliens inside or nearby, logically that means there will be more of them. And with the number of sightings and the variety of shapes and sizes that they appear to the witnesses (who all swear they weren't doing LSD at the time), may indicate they might be from more than one place in the universe.

It is possible they may be preparing us for the news. But, if there are little green men from outer space coming here, we should seriously consider why they do. Call me a cynic, but I doubt they are super friendly beings who expend their resources because they are so concerned about us. No critter from another galaxy is going to come unless there is something in it for them...otherwise, why come in the first place? And that begs another big question...how long have they been coming and watching our species evolve?

We don't have the capacity to take in the numbers because we, as a species, haven't been around very long and see things on such a small scale when looking at the big picture of how old the universe is. Human beings began making wall art around thirty-seven thousand years ago, whereas, I imagine a species that can master interstellar travel, is likely to have been around a lot longer than that...perhaps millions or even billions of years to evolve into an extremely advanced lifeform...somewhat more advanced than us, if true.

Water comes to mind and may be one of the few things that determine if life can exist anywhere in the universe. Good old H2O may be one of the reasons they visit us. Or, perhaps this planet isn't ours at all. It is possible, even likely that they have been here longer than any complex species.

When we think of aliens, we tend to imagine humanoid-like little green men, but I don't think they, if there is a they, will be anything like us. I imagine they will be much smaller than us. Bacteria is a very organised, robust and extremely efficient type of lifeform, and even though it might sound ridiculous, if an alien species were to travel from one star to another, it would make sense that they be small...perhaps even microscopic.

But, I hear you say...nothing that small could be intelligent enough to build the craft we see flying around in our skies. And I would counter with...why not? How could something microscopic build macroscopic flying saucers? Well, perhaps they have help. Artificial intelligence, the way we see it now, after only a speck of time, multiplied by a million...or a billion years. Or perhaps these visitors, if they are visitors, are not biological at all, and are machines. That could explain the timeframes required to travel vast distances. But, it still begs the big question...why come here at all?

Perhaps they seeded our planet with the requirements for life and then simply sat back and watched us grow...like a farmer sows a field or grazes his cattle. If any of this is true, it suggests that we are, for want of a better description...lab rats or useful to them in some way.

I don't necessarily believe any of what I have presented, after all, the ideas are only theories and hold no credence whatsoever when held up for scrutiny. But please, don't tell anyone about my crazy notions or I may very well end up in a loony bin with the rest of the loonies who think outside of the box of what we are told.
