Drinking with Aliens in a road-house

Joe Lewis lived
in Medford, Oregon
a small town in Southern Oregon

One morning

While taking out the garbage can,
He heard barking dogs everywhere

He had a small conversation
With his conspiracy theorist neighbor
Sam Jones, about the aliens among us.

Sam said,
The dogs know
Who’s human
And who is not .

Joe suggested going out
For a drink at a local roadhouse
Up in Eagle Point .

When they got there
Sam said,

“There are aliens in the room. “

Two strange-looking old men
With a pan-ethnic look
Could be anyone
Speaking a strangely accented English.

Joined them and revealed
they were from the planet Sirius
and surveying Earth.

They spoke all night long
Sam, Joe, and the bar patrons
Had so many questions.
The aliens concluded the meeting
Saying,



Earth people are crazy
But you have great beer,
Whiskey and food.

With that, they stepped outside
A spaceship appeared overhead
Joe and Sam joined them.

Joe live-streaming it
The link went viral
as did the sound
of the barking dogs.

Outside the bar
Who knew there were aliens
Among them.
