You are you who think you are!!
Life is like a roller coaster. Up, down, left, right, stopping and starting. Some days smooth and others bumpy. You cry, you laugh, you feel sadness and joy. There are days of pain and others of health. With so many different things going on, it is no wonder why many of us experience some kind of depression in our lives. Whether it be a night of tears and drinking or even thoughts of suicide. We all handle this in different ways. Depression is a fact of life. However you don't have to let it control your life.

Have you ever heard the phrase "You can't be reasonable for other peoples thoughts, feeling and actions." I say this because most of life's depression that we feel is a result of peoples thoughts, feelings and actions toward us. In turn we take that in and allow it to rule our mind, body and soul. We get sad, over sleep even become distant from those we love. We over-eat, over-drink and at times over dose on drugs. Often times we feel as if we need to take our own life just to get away from these feelings inside us. While all of those things we do to ourselves is understandable. I am here to tell you IT CAN be lessened or even eliminated.

By looking at how we allow others thoughts, feelings and actions to control us. We can change how respond to these things by asking yourself a few questions. "Do these things that are happening to me serve me? Does this persons actions bring me joy and fill my soul with peace? How can my response to this serve others? Are others also affected by what is going on?" By asking yourself these questions' it will do a few things. First, when you are asking yourself questions and allowing your mind to think about things, it allows you to work though the problem before it can hinder you and cause depression. Second, it helps to raise your self esteem. So that your endorphins in your body fight off the depression. Lastly it shows you whether or not you want to continue to allow those people to be a part of your life.

"You can't be reasonable for other peoples thoughts, feelings and actions." However YOU CAN BE REASONSABLE FOR YOUR OWN!
