He is a twit
with such a crazy plan.
I don't know if I can
get over it.

We disagree
about most ev'rything.
It is so flustering.
Just wait and see.

He's desperate,
that whacky imbecile.
I am sure that I will
get over it.

The Retournello consists of any number of quatrains with syllable counts of 4, 6, 8, 4 and rhyme scheme of abba/cddc/effe, as described and demonstrated in the following link: http://www.rainbowcommunications.org/velvet/forms/Retournello.pdf .

In this case, I have invoked Creative License to reduce third line to 6 syllables instead of 8.
