I will never blossom in this shade

Always have to hide away

Protecting what is left of me

Saving what you will not see

I do not want to be your enemy

I just want to breathe free



Shrinking til there’s nothing left

Quiet numb in emptiness

I do not want to be your enemy

Your words are killing what is left of me

I always try to hide away

To save my soul
