A Poem a Day

A poem a day,
To keep my brain sharp,
To keep my imagination train from falling apart.

Whether late at night or at noon,
Writing must be done,
No time to snooze.

I write these poems so I will get better
At writing and coming up with ideas,
So far though I think it would be better,
If I started writing a little earlier.
