My heart pours out to you
I share my pain
You are sincere
You understand
Tears stream down my cheek
I wipe them away
And yet they return as if to mock me
You listen to all I have to say
Sympathy is your gift to me
You are sweet
As sweet as a rose
Veiled with the morning's dew
You saved me from my pain
A smile slowly forms
Across my glistening lips
You are the wonderful guy
The one I met last night
