To my family and all of you
My very own words
I have to write down
Because my mind cannot remember
What it has just rendered.

It's sad but true
This living with age
Just as wonderful, too
To see each day through.

No complaints have I
And I thank my lucky stars
I have all these words
To pass on to you.
