She is alone and cannot do anything about it...can she?
Liz was sitting outside on the front porch swing underneath the stars, moping. She couldn't get her mind off anything else. She was alone. Everyone was gone. All her friends were out of town for the summer. She had broken up with her boyfriend three months ago. He hadn't been worth that much anyways. She had settled because it had been lonely in a new school. It was her last summer too. She was going to college in the fall. Her life at the moment consisted of working and sleeping. No social life. This was all she could think about. She was not just alone, but lonely. This was going in circles in her head and she was getting bored of it.

Cars had been driving by every few minutes. Usually there wasn't any traffic on the cul d'sac so the next time one drove by she looked up. It was a new black eclipse. She thought, hmmm...my current dream car. The strange thing was that it had stopped. Right in front of her house. Maybe someone was coming to visit her parents, or one of her younger brother's numerous friends was coming by to mooch some food. The driver got out. She couldn't really see who it was because the street lamp was further down the street. She could tell my the height and outline of the body that it was a male. Liz got a chill while he was walking. Usually people called out when they saw anyone sitting on the porch. This man didn't and it made her nervous. Maybe he doesn't see me. Of course she was wrong. He walked up the steps turned and looked straight at her. My God he is handsome. Built, great tan, great face and his eyes... His eyes were bright blue, like ice. The way they stared at her sent another chill down her spine. This time it was not a bad one. I have no idea who this man was, why he is here, and why oh why is he looking at me like that?

They were still staring at each other. She realized that it had to have been at least three minutes of silence. Why wasn't he saying anything? Well, since I do live here I better ask who he is looking for.....please be me! She cleared her throat and said," Hi, can I help you?" He raised an eyebrow and said, "Yeah, I'm looking for Liz." Ok so he is here for me, but I don't know him. Business man? No too late, and he would have asked for my first name, not my nickname. So she said, "Yes, that is me. Do I know you?" He said, "I hope so. My name is Sebastian. We used to know each other a long time ago. We were in school together for a couple of years at Lender. I know it was ages ago, but I remembered that you lived around here and I was in the neighborhood. I wanted to drop in and say hello, your brother and... to you..."

Sebastian? I am wracking my brain for a second. Oh my God. This couldn't be Sebastian. The one I remembered would never have remembered me. He was 3 years older than me. He was one of my older brother's friends. I would have been the little sister. The ugly, shy little sister at that. I still am to most of them, so what did he want? Because it obviously wasn't anything really to do with me.

"I remember you, Sebastian. James doesnt live here anymore though. He has an apartment now.... I can give you his cell number and you can call him," she finished lamely.

Now it was his turn to clear his throat self consciously. "Actually, I only came by to see you. I saw you a couple of weeks ago at the Richardson's party. I didn't say anything then because you obviously didn't remember me." He paused, as if struggling for words. "What I am trying to say is...that I was....wondering if you would like to go out for a drink....sometime."

She suppressed a grin and said gravely, "Well, that might be a problem...." I am being cheeky...I know I shouldn't but I havent had a chance in a long time and now I could. I know his face will become downcast. So to cheer him up she said: "You see, right now I am only 18....therefore unless I get a fake ID I doubt I would be drinking. So how about some...cheesecake?"

That threw him a loop. He was startled out of being rejected, with the cheesecake. He grinned and said, "This is how I remember you. I always knew that you were a sneaky, and were covering it by acting shy. I bet you were the one that caused all those outbursts in the girls' classes at Lender. I thought that you might be the only one brave enough to let snakes and bugs loose in class." She tried not to grin, but couldn't help it. Ahh those good old days. He saw the grin and said, "See I knew it!"

Sweet Jesus! Do they come any better than this? Her eyes sparkle when she laughs. It's like they are telling me to come to her... And the rest of her..God, I have to stop thinking like this. He almost groaned out loud trying to get off that mindset.

"Alright I admit it. The school never figured it out though. They should have, considering the brothers I grew up with...but about that cheesecake." He laughed. God, He looks adorable, I just want to touch that incredible skin. "If you're still interested I'm free on Saturday, just give me a call." He was getting up off the swing, so she stood up too. It was getting late. Actually it had been late when she had come out earlier. "Maybe I'll see you then."

There was so much tension in the air. She didnt know what to do. I want to touch him so bad. I have wanted to the whole conversation, but have controlled myself. So she made a decision.

Liz went to hug him goodnight, like she did to all her friends. It felt like something more though. She put her arms around his middle, because he was so tall and was going to give him a quick hug but it didn't turn out like that. He put his arms around her and drew her even closer. They were pressed up against each other. She could hear his heart beat and it was racing. Almost matching how fast hers was going.

God, she smells good, like vanilla and flowers. She probably tastes so good too, he thought. Then without thinking he lowered his face to kiss her.

His kiss, was like a gentle fire. It was lingering and gentle, but it burned right through her. Every nerve ending in her body was set on fire. This fire touched Liz, and she had never felt anything like it before in her life. She couldn't stay like this. This kiss would end and he would leave. She didn't want him to leave her like this. So she clung tighter and pushed against him and he pulled her tighter. The kiss became much more serious. His tongue traced her lips and made them burn even more. When she finally sent her own tongue into his mouth he almost stopped but instead let out a small groan and kissed her even harder. They were joined as if there was nothing that they needed more than to be this close to the other. Finally, she thought he wanted to stop. She began pulling back, but instead of him stopping he moved to her neck. His warm mouth was almost too much. It sent shiver after shiver down her spine. She couldn't help herself and let out a moan. He was chuckling. He knew what he was doing to her, and enjoying it too much. She couldn't do anything about it though. Her body was saying never stop. He nibbled on her neck with his teeth sending another shiver down her back. He repeated this endlessly it seemed. He would bite causing the chill then run his tongue across her skin to sooth. It was too many sensations at once, especially coming from him. Liz let out another moan, and decided to give him some of his own medicine.

She moved quickly and put her mouth on his neck and began looking for his tender spot. He was enjoying it and she could feel the occasional shiver pass down his neck but nothing big....well fine....if he doesn't have one on his neck maybe his ear does. She drew his ear lobe between her teeth and sucked on it. He gasped and his eyes flew open and then shut quickly so he could enjoy it. She laughed low in her throat and moved away from his ear. That brought a moan out of him, but She wouldn't go back....at least not yet. Liz began kissing his neck and mouth again and when he was used to that again, she moved to his ear again. Same reaction as before almost stronger though. This time his eyes stayed open and he looked at her and said, "You are a tease. Do you know what that does to me?"

She laughed and said, "Yes, because you are doing the same thing to me. Now," she paused," You have to go, otherwise I will never get any sleep tonight."

He laughed and said, "After this I don't think anything will let me sleep, except maybe a cold shower."

He took her hand, kissed it, and said, "I will call you tomorrow if that is alright. I know you said we'd go out Saturday, but I still want to call you. Is that ok?"

"Sure," she grinned and said, "And as a warning I usually dont kiss a guy on the first date."

"Good thing this wasn't a date then huh?" He shot right back with a laugh. They both laughed kissed quickly one more time and then he left. He drove off quickly and I sat down again on the swing.

Did I really begin tonight moping? Now I feel great. Someone I never thought I could have had wanted me. I had never even allowed myself to picture myself with him, even when I had a crush on him at Lender. He had almost been a celebrity, and now I have a chance. I am not alone. I have someone now...and the rest of my life to figure out what I want.
