My daughter Amanda going to school.
The tears has already started to fall,
the pain, is eating away down inside me.
O, the emptiness inside me,
my soul begins to break,of being alone.
I just can't think straight.

I can't feel anything in my body.
My body has become so numb, from fear.
Being all alone, without her.
Her smile and laughter, she spreads,
she could turn a gloomy day, into sunshine.

The silence has moved right in, driving me crazy.
Just like a thief, that has stole my world away.
Know one to go with me, places where we use to go.
We done everything together, and her and I.

O, what am I going to do now?
Just sit and cry all day, with fear inside me.
Missing my life, with my daughter.
Hearing her say I love you, lets play.
Walking around looking in every corner.
Looking up and down, just wishing,
this was a dream, but to me it's a nightmare.

Walking back and forth, with tears running ,
Like a river, my heart beating like drums.
Waiting so patience for her, to return home.
Wanting to feel, her arms wrap around me.
With that big smile, and laughter she gives to me.
Hear her say I love you, and I missed you mommy.
