just two little poems I wrote one sunny afternoon. (Dedicated to a friend)
She's happy and healthy, living her life.
She's calm and she's cool, away from the
knife.
You just wouldn't see it, you just couldn't know,
How after her highs, how low she can go.

She has a small room inside of her head,
Where she locks up her fears and leaves
them for dead.
But the room's getting full and the pains
leaking out,
And oneday the door just had to give out.
And the door it did open with pain so intense
She tries to straighten it out but it doesn't
make sense.
So she thinks too quickly for the only escape,
With blood on her wrist and the floor by her
face.

I love You

He draws you near,
in sweet embrace,
His hands are firm
but soft and kind.
You know his heart,
he knows your mind,
and as you read his deep blue eyes
and see nothing but your own reflection,
you know forever he'll be yours.
He pulls you close,
you close your eyes,
The moment lasts for all of time
Because time just stops and doesn't move,
everything comes to a perfect stand still.
You never want to leave this feeling behind.
Every emotion starts running around your head,
Your parilised in thought,
Suspended in time.
You pull away
you want to laugh
You want to cry,
yet nothing comes from mouth nor eye,
except for a long, laughing breath.
He hugs you tight,
pulls you near
and whispers softly
in your ear..
"I love You."
