Poem about a less than perfect Angel who was reluctant to come to earth.
She descends from the clouds wearing a white shroud,

Prompted by the Supreme Being,

Timid and shy making her entrance from the sky,
while wiping her attire clean,

Not quite sure if she has reached the proper destination,

She gestures to an earthling for confirmation,

Her assignment today, is to get everyone safely on their merry way,

The idea was exciting until she remembered something,

She had forgotten her spectacles while playing
the harp,

She knew God would think that wasn't too sharp,

Oh what could she do? Since she had a pebble in her shoe,

She had no time to retrieve it,

She called on her powers to stop the down-pour
of showers,

Everyone arrived without delay, during rush hour,

Her task completed, she was undefeated,

What a spectacular endeavor!
