Today’s Full Heart

Today I thought of you
That old familiar twangs in my heart
For a moment, memories of you flashed in my mind
When I thought of you, my heart was full
Life must go on though we have ended
Still living my life day to day
Sometimes I wonder, do you think of me?
Is happiness all an illusion?
Perhaps I’m the only one affected this way
But hopefully not
Time passes, my melancholy eases
And memories of you will fade
But today I thought of you,
For a moment, my heart was full
