A stale piece of clothing can reflect the life of its owner.
The shirt lay
Discarded
In a broken heap on the floor.
Stepped on
Worn out
Threadbare
But leaving its owner
Naked.
It's worn
And masked
With aftershave
That leaves it almost
Fresh.
Almost.
