A man finds himself.
As I ran all that followed me was absolute darkness. The darkness was trying to get to me trying to get in to my soul. All that was stopping it was my will. I would not let it get in, not let it attack the only thing that I had left, the only thing I could rely on….myself.

“Why are you here, what do you want of me?” I scream.
There is no response. I keep screaming asking the same question but the response was always the same.
Silence.
I was standing there shouting but there was no one responding, I began to cry as the absolute darkness covered my body, as its cold hand pushed me as if it wanted for me to keep running.
Then I woke. Sunlight was all I could see. I felt so alive I felt like nothing could stop me from doing anything.
Then it happened all again the darkness came and attacked me from behind. It urged me to continue to run and not to stop. I turned around and screamed “Leave me be, why are you here?” Then I woke again this time I was ready for anything to happen, as I stood something tugged on my arm. I try and try to get away then I am restrained by a man in a white coat. Then darkness, I was lost in the darkness nowhere to run nowhere to hide . It just keeps creeping up on me and interfering with my life.
But I suppose it can’t be helped considering that I have a chronic sleep disorder. The man in the white coat was the doctor that first diagnosed me with my condition so he was only trying to help.
He told me when I woke up “Trust me you’ll learn to live with it.”
