Appears to be a random walk in the park but is much more...
THE MAN IN THE PARK..

The flowers came, the flowers went,
But the man in the park was watching,
They became from blue to dead, to red to dead and yet again,
But the man in the park was watching

The children played their game and left,
But the man in the park was watching,

People cried, people laughed,
People died and people changed,
But the man in the park was watching..

World peace was not achieved as yet,
Poverty was not removed,
People still died a slow death,
But the man in the park still hoped…

The times were changing,
emotions were disappearing,
Everything was so dense,
But the man in the park still believed..

The trees bore fruit
The benches were painted,
The toddler became an adult
But the man in the park was watching…

The flowers still grew,
The women still gossipped,
The children still played in the mud,
But the man in the park with his watchful eyes,
Still cared,hoped and believed.
