[Master Scenes 51 & 52] A man wakes to a harsh world, with no recollection of his past.
INT. TRAIN STATION - MORNING

Benjirou's DUFFLE BAG.

The interior stuffed wall to wall with hundred dollar bills.

Dayton quickly shuts the bag. She glances out the window before her, and behind for spectators, then zips the bag and tosses it back over her shoulder.

Pacing away, the young woman removes two tickets from her jacket pocket. She waves them, fanning herself as her eyes drift up to the mounted clock.

                                       A WOMAN'S VOICE (O.S.)
                   The 6:15 to Florida departing in
                   five minutes.

Dayton turns toward the counter.

The receptionist pulls away from an intercom system.

Dayton turns back to the window. Benjirou is nowhere in sight.

She paces some more, and then heads for the terminal.

                                       TELEVISION
                   After several hours fire fighters
                   have finally put out the 6th
                   street blaze.

Dayton pauses. She takes a step back entering:

BAR

Dayton approaches a hanging 13 inch television.

                                       TELEVISION
                   Although details are sketchy I am
                   told one body was recovered.
                   Completely incinerated by the
                   flames.

Dayton stumbles back hands covering her face.

Regaining her composure, she exits.

A BAR STOOL. A single TICKET rests upon a scared vinyl seat.


EXT. A COMMUNITY CENTER - DAY

A PIANO playing NUDARU's song.

HALL

A pair of combat boots SHUFFLE across floorboards.

Children run around laughing and playing.

The music grows louder with every step.

The boots approach an open door.

A sign hangs overhead proclaiming: 'MUSIC ROOM'.

The boots cross the threshold.

MUSIC ROOM

Instruments of all kinds are scatter around the room. Chairs and music stands also clutter the area.

A large piano rests in the rear. The music emitting from the instrument echo throughout the room.

The boots move forward, there owner still not revealed.

A little boy and a woman in a summer dress are seated on the stool.

The boy plays, each note awkwardly as the woman looks on.

The song reaches its end.

As the final key is struck, a wrong note forces the woman to an erect position.

                                       BOY
                   I'm Sorry, Mrs. K.

Dayton seated beside the boy, smiles. She moves her hand toward the proper key.

A man's finger strikes the key.

The correct note echoes throughout the room, and Dayton looks up.

Benjirou stands over her.

Dayton's smile changes.

The couple stare at one another.

Benjirou takes Dayton's hand in his.

THE EMBRACE

Dayton squeezes tightly.
