Necessity

It’s beauty
Forever and young
In the most weary of souls
Carried on the North Wind

Gentle words
That mend a heart
Are like dew
On a morning bud

A simple act
Hands reach out
Towards the sun
Bathing in the glow

Touch on the skin
Warm and flush
Beauty in its flaws
Welcome home

Lessons learned
Shared in living
Leaving a mark
Shine bright

Love binds us all
Gather the folds
Rejoice in living
Love is life
