I think the name explains it.
When my life went out of control and no longer knew how to live life day to day, i wrote. Sometimes the emotion was so raw that many times i might have done exactly what i was writing. But writing it and re reading it made me cry for myself, it was like my way to communicate to myself what was going on!!

Dont worry i am fine now.
