Portrys the anticipation and excitment that The StormRider experiences prior to her ride
Standing on the edge of the cliff
Waiting for the storm to arrive.
The moment of truth was coming soon,
When she would feel fully alive.

Her hair was whipping wildly.
She brushed it from her face.
She only concentrated
On the beginning of the race.

The sky was getting darker,
The clouds were rolling in.
Tingling with excitement
The adventure would soon begin.

The thunder roared, the lightning flashed.
The strikes were getting near.
She couldn’t understand
When others spoke of fear.

It was a struggle to be patient,
Each nerve screaming to run.
She knew it'd be worth the trial,
When soaring near the sun.

There, that one, it was perfect!
She maneuvered to time it right.
Get ready, jump, reach for the sky.
Now’s the time for flight!

Power surged through every cell,
Nothing could be more right.
Because she was a StormRider
And she would fly this night!
