Nature - this is the third poem for the contest
It snowed last night.
Powdered sugar flakes with no will of their own.
Manipulated by a merciless wind.
Not like heavy wet flakes that beg for a playmate.

Today there is hidden music in the air.
The relentless wind has moved on.
How could I think powdered sugar fell from the sky.
Now I can see the glitter of diamonds that were left
To dance with the morning sun.
