A short essay on my veiws of a theory of adapting the Polyjuice Potion from Harry Potter.
If a potion needs to be drunk and drunk by the same sex that it is to be mimicking, would there be a possibility of someone of the opposing sex drinking said potion bringing on the same effects, let alone surviving the transformation virtually unscathed? Methinks it is highly impossible, in Harry Potter, by J.K. Rowling, a potion named the Polyjuice Potion has the effects of mimicking whatever the DNA that was placed into it. In a very well written fan fiction on Ashwinder (http://ashwinder.sycophanthex.com) aptly named The Ringmaker by RedOrchid, the Polyjuice Potion is manipulated. Insted of the user drinking the potion, she will wear the potion on a pendant, or so I believe at present. We, my muse and I, believe the user of the adapted Polyjuice is Mrs Ginevera Molly Weasley Potter and she will be wearing a pendant made by the one and only, imfamously snaky Potions Master, Severus Snape. Mrs. Potter will turn into Hermione and do whatever is needed to do. That much of the plot is not revealed as of yet. I, however, took it upon my sweet self to read other reviewers reviews. Some of the more intelligent folk understood half my idea without half of the supports I bothered to mention. The one thing that peeved me to no end is that several readers believe the pendant has no relevance, Harry or Ron will drink the Polyjuice with Hermione's hair in it, and the color of the potion has no relevance. In the second book, Chamber Of Secrets , Hermione correctly brews the Polyjuice. The book described it as a lumpy brown-ish puce color. The story, however, reveals that the potion in the flask is green, lime if I am not mistaken. Snape would not deliberately brew a potion wrong, so it must have been adaptable somehow, methinks Belladonna might have been added, but I'm no Chemist or Portions Mistress. please excuse this mini-essay if I am completely wrong and Ron ends up as Hermione only with different naughty-bits. Thank you for your "fabtacular" time.

Much Love,
Samantha Riddle
