Relationships change - sometimes we can sit next to each other and long for closeness.
LONGING

Is there a day to repeat?

When I have seen your face in the crown of the tree,
a thousand miles away but you were close to me.
I remember.

Now sitting in the same room
we are busy counting stars in the Universe,
predicting future of Earth,
discusing human nature.

How this can be!
Hold me.
