THIS PAPER ROSE

this paper rose
This rose is drawn on paper,
thats a feat sad but true.
It'll never have that lovely smell,
the real ones do.
Its not quite the one god makes,
but its the best that i can do.
Because god made his for the world,
I made this one just for you.
This rose is growing from the help through,
the feelings that I have for you.
This rose is drawn on paper,
so it never felt the morning dew.
But the tears that come from within my heart,
kept it watered just for you.
So if you share the feelings for me,
that I know i have for you.
Just gaze upon this rose of mine,
