It is all about feelings of a bird in a cage... His emotions ...

NOTE: PLEASE REFER TO GLOSSARY GIVEN IN THE END FOR MEANING OF DIFFICULT WORDS. IT WILL HELP IN BETTER UNDERSTANDING.

A bird in a cage

I saw a lone bird in a cage;
His blood, as I felt, was 'jam-packed' with rage.

But he is getting a VIP treatment
He gets all: millets, seeds, fruits, water in that envelopment.

Then, why he is filled with rage?
Is it because he can't fly in that cage?

But he is protected inside, from the marauders outside.
If he flutters in the open sky, he may get killed,
or may not even get his basic feed.

But then, I was taken aback
when he irately said:
'DOLT! If you don't understand my feeling;
then don't do muttering!'

Then I asked: "Dear! Why are you filled with choler?"
He said:
"My home is sky
in which I can fly!
If my home is so huge
then how can I remain blissful in this small coop?"
