Sometimes the truest are those who say the least about love.
Hand on the heart with a look in the eye
Will love for life... love till you die
Wonder how with the passing of time
It went wrong: making their pledge a crime?

How can another, with a hand on the heart
Look a love in the eye, and pledge they’d never part
How can they, when the parting has been
Find another so easy... and let it be seen?

Those of passion in public, with the vocal pledge
Thier life and their love is close to the edge...
Those from whom such public gestures are seldom spoken
Are often to be seen, the coupleship unbroken.

Their trust means that for reasurrances is time not needed to be spent
Company and space in measure is applied, and in love are content.
