This is dedicated to the miami northwestern band members of c/o 2005.
To tell you the truth
i didnt like you at first.
I thought you were arrogant.
Conceited.
Mean.
Typical symptoms of "Senioritis".
But the i grew to know you.
To like you.
To love you like my own siblings.
And ralized that you thought the same of me.
You were mean to me to make me strong
Conceited to make me better.
Arrogant to show me that i had to step my game up
But your leaving now
on the road to college.
Now officially an adult.
"Why cant you stay another year!!!" i say.
But i know the answer.
You must do what you have to do.
But remember the fun and happiness.
The childhood innocence you got to have.
Before your diploma you worked so hard
Made you an official alumni.
An adult.
But please also
remember me.
Because i will always remember you.
