I dont like to title my poems because people get preconceived notions
Walking on the sidewalk,
Dragging both my feet.
Breathing in the smog,
From this world of pure concrete.
Forcefed lies and propaganda,
It's always buy and sell.
People are so well-rehearsed,
The truth is hard to tell.
A new sort of unhappiness,
Industrialized and manufactured .
We've created it ourselves,
And society's the factor.
There are pills for stress and diet,
For being what your not.
But we really need a pill,
To cure this disease that we've all got.
To cure our self-caused unhappiness,
We all need a prescription.
Someone sign me up,
Lifetime gaurenteed subscription.
Walking on the sidewalk,
As I begin to choke.
Breathing in and out,
The worlds second hand smoke.
