My heart was ripped out today,
I fell too quick,
the sky came down with me.
I hit hard.
Now there's no getting up,
no recovering.
Once your heart's ripped apart,
it will never be the same again.
So stitch it up,
and wear your scars with pride,
until the stitches are pulled free,
and your heart is left bleeding,
all over again..
