         She always envied his snide grin, something that she couldn’t manage after her years in the business. She thrusts the gun against his chin.
         “Sorry so soon, partner,” she whispers as he stares up at her, his confident eyes turned hollow. She grins.
         It’s the last sight he ever sees.
