Summary of this Book...
This book is a humorous look at some of the crazy situations the author, Laurie Notaro, gets herself into. It opens with a shopping trip where she has to have the blouse on the mannequin and even after realizing the size is too small, makes an attempt to put it on. In another situation, she is so very proud of whipping up butter heavy cupcakes for a group of kids(who she soon finds out) are vegan.
This type of Book is good for...
It's simply a humorous look at some crazy situations.
I especially liked...
It was funny, light, and a distraction. Laurie Notaro does a good job of putting you into the middle of her crazy situations and laugh along with her.
Further Comments...
This was a good book if you want some humor. The chapters are each individual stories so it's easy when you only have a limited time to read before needing to put the book down. You can read a chapter and come back later and not have to remember what happened before to keep up with the book. And it's amazing the circumstances some people can get themselves into!
