I had the absolute pleasure of encountering this amazing Australian band Fruit at a local musikfestival recently and was BLOWN AWAY by their talent, energy, and variety. Three extremely talented girls lead this rocking group; their music a perfect blend of alternative, folk, pop, and rock all in one. I was immediately addicted after just one show and went back to see three more that same weekend. I am also attending their Record Release Party of this particular CD, which takes place in Philadelphia, PA - and I can't wait to see them play live again!

Fruit is perfect for anyone who is tired of the same old, same old and wants to discover some brand new, really incredible music.

I am a huge fan of female singers and was blown away by the talent in this group. Each girl brings something quite unique to each song and I just can't seem to get enough of them. The variety of instruments and rhythms is also amazing; I hear something new every time I listen to this CD in particular.

To see Fruit live for the first time was simply amazing... and while their CDs are fantastic, the jams aren't nearly as fantastic as their live shows. (But that happens with most great bands, doesn't it?)

When I finished listening to this music I wanted to drag all my friends into the room and make them listen to it, too.

Suzie, Sam, and Mel are extremely talented and energetic on stage. All three play a variety of instruments and can sing like no others, but I have to say that Mel stood out a bit more because of the range of her voice and variety of wind instruments she plays. She is also very animated and you can feel her emotion when she sings and plays.

I recommend this music because I want everyone to feel as inspired as I feel from it.

If you love good music, female voices, awesome instruments, great variety, talented musicians, good rhythms, supporting Indie rock bands, and just an all around incredible CD - buy any album by Fruit.
