Wow. This is beautiful. Reading it reminds me of my own view on things left to wilt in the past. Also as to what I sometimes wish the lost in my life may feel from time to time. Knowing they felt this means I was something. I wasnt a shrug when my name passes their lips if it ever does. If this were their thoughts I was more than a shrug I was a tear lost. A breath that escaped. Like they are for me. This is an awareness of the heart, the past and the shadow of a possibility. Extremly well done.
This is a fun and we'll written poem. Face value is about work yet if people delve deaper it can apply to many situations where you play a role to get the payday and than bolt. Very well done.
I know the pain of lost love. Not the real death as your words describe, but a loss the same. Never to see them or hear them again. It burns so much. You speak a beautiful song to them
