Thank you, Nightbirde

A bird that sleeps in the summer heat.

A night of song, I'll remember deep.

Beautiful Nightbirde says "It's okay."

It is alright, I'll find my way.

I see the diamonds of the shining fires.

The words that burned her pages of her lyre.

The time of life, her last breath, her last fight.

I'll remember her story, the smile of light.

Nightbirde (Jane Kristen Marczewski) was a singer song writer who was battling cancer. Born December 29, 1990 (Zanesville, Ohio) - February 19, 2022 (San Clemente, California), she released two EPs and several singles. She auditioned in AGT and was qualified for the quarterfinals, but she withdraw due to cancer. She had a good life and married a husband before cancer happened, but her life turned upside down because of cancer. Her husband divorced her when he found out she had cancer and she dealt with her treatments/mental health alone. [I wish I could curse her husband] She found comfort in her song writing and was able to pick herself up, singing "It's ok." I don't know what she did after her audition, but the internet states that she died while being treated for cancer in her lungs, liver, and spine at age 31.
