For the lives lost, you are never forgotten.
In an early October
Such happiness I'd found.
A little life inside of me,
It was so profound.

At just a short eight weeks,
that little one was lost.
The sadness overwhelmed me,
No comfort, only frost.

I tried to be brave, I tried to hide,
disappointed, I could not smile.
I thought I had God's approval,
anger built all the while.

Along came an angel,
a mother pregnant with me.
She give me such understanding,
and helped so that I could see.

My baby is in heaven,
my son is here on earth.
My future is ahead of me,
My daughter will bring me mirth.
