I am in my 60's now, and have dreamed of writing all my life. I have written a ton of poetry and continue to write for my family and friends, poetry and greeting cards. I have written songs and short stories as well. I am published on line, but before the internet, received so many rejections from magazines and publishers, I could wallpaper a room! I am retired now, so I hope to have the time to see if I really have talent and see if I can call myself a true writer. I do know that I have had so many experiences and conundrums in my life, I should be able to write for a long, long time!
