Marlene Rosenfield has taught various writing classes in the academic community. She is the author of a poetry chapbook, Making Bubbeh's Blintzes and a host of short stories including Yiddish Lessons, which won first place at the Women Fiction Writers of Central Massachusetts. Marlene holds an M.A. in writing. Her advances studies include the Iowa Writers Workshop, the Bennington Writers Workshops, and the New York State Writers Institute. Her first book, Up Daddy Down Dadddy, Memories of an Uncommon Jewish Childhood, will interest anyone who has ever loved someone who suffers from bi-polar illness.
