Fear to peace found in love. a double etheree poem
Fear
Grasps me
Reaching out
Anxious heart cries
My natural state
Attention, like a drug,
Soothes, silences my cries,
"Never enough, never enough"
Attention, self, empty, turned inward.
Now turn outward, see others as self
Unfurl grasped hands, palm up, and "Lo"
Nestled on the warmth, a live
Open hand, open heart.
Give tender kindness
Sing, my heart song!
Reaching out
Compelled
Love.
