April 12 Entry. GloPoWriMo 2020
Our lost little bunny-boy
played with ev'ry broken toy
and cried for his bloodied paws.

This sad little bunny-boy
longed to fill our world with joy
yet couldn't reach distant shores.

On top of that silver hill,
clouds opened up to prepare
this rainy bunny-boy.

Blindly, he skittered until
he saw what wasn't quite there.
Our lost little bunny-boy.
