A poem of trying to heal
Tell me, am I ever gonna feel again?
Tell me, am I ever gonna heal again?
Got a shot glass full of tears.
Drink, drink, drink, say cheers!

The salty taste shocks my tongue,
I don't care,
I can hardly draw breath to my lungs.
My heart was ripped out,
thrown on the floor.

You laughed and you laughed,
I stared as the seconds passed.
They say time heals,
I can't finish meals.

Instead I drink drink drink,
hoping to heal myself.
I'm on the brink,
of losing my mind.

It's your fault this time.
