An attempt at a love poem
I wish you could see yourself,
The way I see you.
Look into that mirror,
What you see isn't true.

You can't see yourself through my eyes,
The eyes that see these beautiful skies.
No sky can compare to the beauty,
That I see inside you.

Kind,
Pure,
Lovely,
That's you.

No matter what you say,
It's true,
That's you.

The moon glows,
In an attempt to compare.
The moonlight looks beautiful as it shines on you,
As it reflects on your hair.

I wish you could see yourself,
The way I see you.
You're beautiful you know,
It's really true.
