Jamie, the new Superboy, helps residents of a community that is stricken by a hurricane.
Jamie is invited to spend a week in Florida, while visiting Greg's grandmother. Greg is Jamie's best friend from school, and one of the few students who knows Jamie's secret identity.

Unfortunately, the vacation gets interrupted, when the family is told it needs to leave the coast, or evacuate. What happens, when Jamie is trapped inside of a school, which is used as a hurricane shelter, when there are people who need his help, as a major hurricane is fast approaching the area?

A strange grandmother, who is psychic and knows who Jamie is... Gregory's curious little sister, who tries to follow Jamie everywhere he goes... A big, mean security guard at the hurricane shelter, who does not like the idea of Jamie sneaking out of the shelter while a Category 3 hurricane is raging outside... And, a nurse who insists on Jamie having a flu shot, just so that he won't get sick, or get the other people at the shelter sick, either... How will Jamie manage to still be a super hero, during desperate times, when so many people are trying to keep him from doing his heroics in time of need?
