Feeling Right Every Day! |
Cooked frest breakfast June 9, 2018 at 11:30am Two potatoes shredded, chopped onions, fried up same and diced ham and added to the frying. A dash of sage on the mixture for pleasantness. A touch of bacon, pre-cooked for yumminess. Mixed eggs and dumped it all in. Once cooked, cheese covered the top and flipped it together with two spatulas and a bit of effort. One giant omelette! Fed family of four.
It was raining outside today. The leaves rustled fromt he pitter patter of wetness.

This weekend, I found myself at a bridal shower, though I thought strongly I shouldn't be there but didn't have much choice. I had to get my brothers help with the brakes because I stripped the lug nuts and didn't have a tool to get them off. He is a mechanic, so he had the tool. We ended up and had to replace the caliper too so after store hopping looking for the part, we found o... Hostile work environment, they said. Yet, his badge still says Supervisor! He's being a bit more careful but he is still getting his digs in. It wouldn't be so bad working for him if he were stable but he is very much bi-polar in my opinion. One minute he is fine, then he can launch into a cursing fit and when I question him, he falls back on, "I was joking... This morning, I found: "If you can not be happy with the Universe, then learn to fear the Universe." I can't say for certain what was on my mind when I wrote that, or even how long ago I wrote that. I do regret not dating such notes. Maybe I need to start dating them.
I took my boy out on my ATV on my Brother-in-Law's property today. It was fun We rode around quite a bit, until it got... [Read more] Rewards May 27, 2018 at 7:24am Birthday get togethers, three day weekend in honor of Memorial Day. I missed my Microsoft Rewards streak yesterday! I had 13 days in a row on that one. In case you didn't know, rewards are given for answering some simple questions every day and those give points which add up and can be used to donate to causes or redeem prizes such as a 5 dollar amazon gift card or x-box membership sort of thing. Added bonuses are given in streaks without missing a day answering those questions. Guess I... [Read more] Garden stuff of sorts May 24, 2018 at 8:07pm It didn't rain. Not today, not yesterday. Not sure where spring was this year, but it sure hid itself well behind winter and summer. My gardening this year is limited to planting in coffee cans with holes poked in the bottom for drainage. We tied up some rope and hung them up from hangers. Guess we will see how that works. It is worth a try, anyway and its rather fun. Some of the plants are sprouting already and I know I planted them too close together and wonder if I should pull some... [Read more] Magnify the scope of perception May 23, 2018 at 7:05pm
Recently, I recieved some letters with magazine cuttouts and such telling of Dark gods that will be returning and government conspiracies and such. I didn't know where the letters came from, so I opened them carefully, hoping there weren't anything dangerous in the packages/letters. I made sure to open them from the back side. I even left the house and made sure there wasn't any powder or anything there. Of course, I opened the packages anyway. I was living on the wild side an... [Read more] Character flaws May 21, 2018 at 8:29pm This character of mine became to much of a suprahuman and I need to step back and re-write some. When the writer has too much fun with the story it can loose plausability. It was fun, but pages must go. What did I do? My kick-but character turned partly into a person that was a bit of an emotional wreck. It seems there is a difference in a character that is doing and a character that is becoming! Right? Becoming allows more room for growth and lends more to story development.

Why not begin with a confirmation? Today, my oldest son was confirmed. Yay! That is awesome! He was very nervous standing in front of the church, but I and my wife stood with him. Yes, I am religious, though I am open to other religions even when I am not understanding. I can, at least, know that others are more deeply invested and have greater understanding than I ever will of religions. But, I have a bit of a writers mind too. What can possibly go wrong?
