The Holy Bible. It is the most purchased book around the world. It is filled with ancient history. It is considered religious. The Biblical canon consists of sixty-six books, an old testament and a new testament, and was written by several different authors. The Bible is the living Word of God, filled with his breath and his being and the power of the Holy Spirit. It is life. It is food and water. It is comfort and strength. It is knowledge and wisdom. It discerns the heart’s intent and the innermost thoughts and emotions. It is sharp, quick, and powerful. It can divide body, soul, and spirit. It will accomplish everything it was ever meant to do. The Bible is a solid foundation for life. It is a sound doctrine. It is good for entertainment, instruction, reproof, correction, encouragement, strength, and goodness. It combats and destroys evil. It reveals sin and sin’s solution. It gives hope to the hearer and reader. It reveals the love of the almighty God and his person. Jesus is the Word of God. The Bible is about Jesus. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. There is no other way to Salvation. Only a thief comes from another way. The Bible is light. Jesus is the light of the world. Light turns away darkness. It is good to spend time with the Bible, God's Word, Jesus. Think about it. Read it. Hear it. Study it. Share it. Eat it. Drink it. Sleep and dream it. Breathe it. Live it. It changes lives for the better. It is full of stories about other people, examples to live by. It is God's laws, nature’s laws. It can coexist with and prove science. The Bible explains a lot. It makes the world make sense. It is about having a relationship with our creator. It is Salvation. It is eternal life for the soul. It is about family and social relations. We can live together with other people upon this earth. It is life. It is death to some, to those who rebel against it and reject God as their creator.
