| In the last poll, "Ignore Scott" was so far in the lead that I went ahead and wrote the chapter for that choice. It is now posted: * Interactive: "Masks in the Night"  * Public: "Masks in the Night" It seems to end on an unpromising note. It will be a long time if I return to this branch (if I do), but I have an idea for making it a more interesting continuation that it might appear. But for now this seems the best place to end it. And here's the penultimate chapter in the Round Robin: * Interactive: "Taking the Right Path" * Public: "Taking the Right Path" It's a pretty definitive end to the story, as we all recognized when Nostrum wrote it, though we had some arguments behind the scenes about the denouement. Rugal wound up taking up the challenge of writing a wrap-up chapter to follow, and that will be published tomorrow. |
