Express It In Eight prompt poem 3.17.24 ... Movie Titles: Field of Dreams
A Better Field of Dreams


A verdant countryside pasture
flanked by two meandering streams
imbued with yellow daffodils
it’s a beautiful field of dreams.

The builder is Mother Nature
so I know they will come and see
for her story’s so much better
than that made-up baseball movie.


For the record … I’m a fan of baseball, Kevin Costner, AND the movie.
