Luke 6:27-28 But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. Hate usually stems from fear, insecurity, or mistrust. Do not compare yourself with others. Strive to be the best version of yourself instead. When you feel hate or anger, it is best to take a step back and avoid reacting in heat of the moment. https://www.christianity.com/wiki/sin/why-is-the-sin-of-hatred-so-dangerous.html... “Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God” (James 1:19). Hate is the opposite of love; God is love - therefore love and hate cannot abide in the same place. James 3:11 states: Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? Hate will ultimately bring forth separation and death. Not a place anyone wants to be. Just my two cents' worth.  |
