Deluxe Chef salad
🥗I added my own little twists to the classic Chef salad. That's one of the fun things about salads, you can play as much as you want with the veggie and topper combinations. Who says salads have to be boring?

YOU NEED:
About 7 romance lettuce leaves shredded
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
4 large mushrooms sliced thin
2 Roma tomatoes sliced
2 hard boiled eggs sliced
4 tablespoons diced ham cubes
1large pinch shredded parmesan cheese
1 handful garlic herb crutons
Your choice of dressing. I used fat free creamy Italian
I also served a few Triscuts and unsweetened honey camomile tea ☕
