Spicy 🔥 Italian sausage Wraps

📺These spicy wraps made movie night something special. They are fun,fast and these are fairly healthy.

I used whole wheat carb smart tortillas and fat free chipotle ranch dressing to add some zing.

YOU NEED:
1/2 a heart of romaine lettuce chopped fine
2 Roma tomatoes diced
1cup baby spinach chopped
2 green onions chopped
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crispy fried onions
Mix well and chill.
5 great value Italian sausage links - air fried or grilled until crispy.

Five whole wheat tortillas (you can use regular if you want)

Place a warm tortilla on your plate. Add a generous handful of salad mixture. Add one sausage on top. You can slice it if that makes it easier for you. Lightly drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing or whatever kind of dressing you choose. Enjoy!

Some fun, tasty alternatives;

⚜️Top with sour cream
⚜️Add avacado chunks
⚜️Use fajita chicken, turkey or ground beef
⚜️Add rice
⚜️Add beans
⚜️Add jalapeno peppers
⚜️Drizzle with enchilada sauce
⚜️Add cilantro and lime juice

As you can see, there are so many ways you can be creative and make them special. Your families will love them and they are kid friendly.

Even our dogs devoured them. Yes, my dogs DO eat salad. They are not crazy about tomatoes but love spinach and lettuce. 🥗
